FAQ

A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."

A: I do not. I have sources for all sorts of furniture, art & accessories and people who do the procurement & installation. I feel that design solutions aren't appropriate if they are driven by the products I sell, which tends to happen if I have to have to earn a living from selling products. Interiors would all start to look the same as every other project or limit the solutions for the project if using a limited line of furnishings. By separating interior design service from sales of products, it also ensures that you pay only for the products you need, not for items you don't need. Don't be fooled by "free" interior design services offered by furniture dealerships. They have to make a profit and simply roll design fees into the total costs of the products.

A: I earn my living by offering interior design services, as address above under "selling products versus services". The next question addresses the design process. I provide an interior design proposal based on either a predetermined amount or on an hourly fee. All fees are negotiable.

A: First we would discuss your goals for the project. I like to give it at least an hour of undivided attention by listening to the needs you outline and asking questions. For the rest, it would depend on what you want to achieve, whether it's color choices, remodeling, or full-blown space planning for a new location, the level of interior design, working with other professionals such as architects, furniture selection, finish selections (carpet, paint, wall covering, etc.), whatever the project may require to achieve your goal.

A: That's precisely why I'm here. I will help you to focus on your priorities regarding needs and wants. I will ask questions about the "look" you want to achieve and focus on the details we will need to put together the best design solution.

A: The fastest way to contact me is to call me at the number on the "Contact Us" page.
